Our family recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in Getsemaní, close to the vibrant walls of the historic city. While the rooms were smaller than expected, they offered a great air conditioning retreat after our long days exploring the nearby attractions. One of our favorite moments was visiting Los Pegasos Dock, where we caught a free boat ride to nearby islands. The kids loved the adventure! The area is bustling with local art, making every stroll an opportunity to experience Colombia's rich culture. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with safety boxes and door locks in our rooms, which caused some concern. The staff were kind and attentive but were unable to provide a resolution. We had to seek an alternative hotel for our remaining nights. Despite the hiccups, our time spent exploring the art district and interacting with friendly locals made it memorable. I'd recommend this hotel for families looking for cultural immersion in a lively neighborhood.
